Hello, I’m Ginger, a life and family recovery coach dedicated to helping spouses, partners, and loved ones rediscover balance, confidence, and self-trust when addiction or behavioral health challenges have disrupted their lives.

As a veteran, I understand the values of service, structure, and resilience; and also the toll that constant readiness can take on our wellbeing and relationships. My experiences, both personal and professional, have shaped my belief that healing begins when we shift from survival mode to steady self-awareness.

Through Steady Soul Coaching, I provide a trauma-sensitive and strengths-based space for clients to explore their patterns, rebuild healthy boundaries, and find calm within uncertainty. My approach integrates principles from behavioral health, peer recovery support, and International Coaching Federation coaching ethics.

I work with individuals who are in recovery, love someone struggling with addiction or process addictions, and with those navigating life transitions, stress, and relational burnout. Together, we uncover the pathways to greater emotional steadiness, healthier communication, and sustainable self-care— the foundations of recovery for both the individual and the family.

Whether I’m supporting a veteran, a caregiver, or a family seeking hope after chaos, my mission is to help each person reconnect with their inner steadiness— that quiet strength that remains, no matter how turbulent life becomes.
